FROM VISION TO SMOKEHOUSE
The Taste Smokers began with its mobile pit in October 2018, serving BBQ across Lehigh Valley breweries.
Today, we’re proud to operate from Bethlehem, PA, offering a full dine-in experience while staying true to our street-food roots.
Every dish is made with heart by Pit Master Quartez Moore, whose journey started with a passion for food and a love for community.

Co-Owners Quartez & Veronica Moore, born and raised in Chicago, grew up surrounded by everything from fine dining to mom-and-pop gems. With Q as the pit-master and visionary, they bring bold flavor and soulful simplicity to every plate. This isn’t just BBQ—it’s art. An experience crafted with love for foodies, event guests, and walk-ins alike.

We have resided in Bethlehem for 10 years and have always been loyal community advocates for initiatives that best serve our fellow residents. We have partnered with numerous community organizations and agencies personally and professionally and have a commitment to serve our South Bethlehem community in very tangible and impactful ways. The Taste Smokers brick and mortar location is more than just a restaurant. It’s an experience and a vehicle and incubator for change and development.
